With breathing exercises (pranayam), dynamic or static postures (asanas),relaxation, meditation, sound and rythm (Mantras) we are going to wake up our vital energy to get closer to our true self and live in perfect harmony with our internal and external world.
Kundalini Yoga takes us how we are. Beginners are welcome.
